Which Relivo is right for me?

Choose by the joint that bothers you most. The Shoulder Wrap and the Knee Wrap combine heat (up to 42°C), rhythmic air compression and vibration. Hip Restore combines compression, heat and 660/850 nm red light. Each one fits the left or right side.

How long is a session?

12 minutes for the Shoulder and Knee wraps, 15 minutes for Hip Restore. Each session switches off automatically. Use it once or twice a day.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered in 7–14 business days, with free tracked shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Do I need to charge it?

Yes. Every Relivo is cordless and rechargeable via USB-C. One charge covers several sessions.

How do the Duo and Trio packs work?

Choose 2 or 3 devices on the product page for the lowest price per unit — keep one on each side, or share with a partner.

What if it does not work for me?

Use Relivo daily for 90 days from the day it arrives. If you are not happy, contact us and we will refund your purchase to your original payment method. See our refund policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: 2 years on the Shoulder and Knee wraps, 1 year on Hip Restore. If your device stops working under normal use, we replace it free of charge.

Is Relivo a medical device?

No. Relivo is a wellness massage device for at-home use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a recent injury or a medical condition.
